Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at AUTO LIFT. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing, heavy freight handling, and delivery times for all orders placed within the United States.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.
2. Shipping Costs
We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders. There are no hidden freight charges or minimum purchase requirements at checkout.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Times
We know you need your equipment fast. Here is our standard fulfillment timeline:
-
Processing Time: 1 to 3 Business Days. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and US federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
-
Delivery (Transit) Time: 4 to 6 Business Days. Once your equipment is loaded onto the freight truck and leaves our facility, estimated transit time is between 4 and 6 business days depending on your location.
-
Total Estimated Delivery: 5 to 9 Business Days. (Calculated by adding Processing Time + Delivery Time).
4. Heavy Freight Delivery Process (Important)
Because of the size and weight of our products (car lifts, tractors, etc.), your order will be shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight.
-
Delivery Appointments: The freight carrier will call the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a specific delivery window. An adult must be present to sign for the delivery.
-
Unloading: Standard freight delivery is "curbside." Please ensure you have the proper equipment (like a forklift) or personnel to safely unload heavy machinery from the back of the truck, or request liftgate service if available.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your freight tracking number(s) and the name of the carrier. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours.
6. Inspecting Your Freight (Damages)
You must inspect your equipment before signing the delivery receipt. While we take every precaution to secure your shipment, damage can occasionally occur in transit. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the equipment itself:
-
Note the specific damage on the carrier's Delivery Receipt (Bill of Lading) before signing.
-
Take clear photos of the damage.
-
Contact us immediately so we can file a claim and arrange for a replacement.
